Returns

The re-dispensing of a medicine which has been returned is prohibited. Comp Pharm Pharmacy Pty Ltd will accordingly not accept the return of any medicine for credit or replacement unless there is a defect in the medicine or its packaging at the time of supply, or if an incorrect medicine has been dispensed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We kindly ask that you check all stock upon arrival and lodge any queries within a 36-hour window.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accept liability for short or incorrect items reported after this timeframe.
