Dimercapto succinic acid (DMSA) is a metal chelating agent given orally to mobilize and enhance the excretion of lead from the storage sites in the body that are most directly relevant to the health effects of lead. DMSA is used to clear out extracellular Mercury, Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, and antimony.

Indications:

DMSA may assist with:

Removal of harmful metals from the body.
Protecting organs from damage due to heavy metal deposition
May help with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke, fibromyalgia.
