Recommended Use

Mix 45g (1 x scoop) into 450ml cold water.  Take daily or up to 3 times per day during exercise. For best results, use coconut water, and mix in a shaker bottle or blender.

  • 7g  Free Form Amino Acids.     
    • Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine.
  • 15g Starch – Yellow Pea.
  • 3g   Fiber – Yellow Pea.
  • 4g   MCT Oil Powder.

Other ingredients:

  • Monk Fruit (organic).
  • Organic Cacao.
  • Lecithin.
  • Xanthan Gum.
