Inositol is a type of sugar that influences both the body's insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition. They are molecules naturally present in the body that act as second messengers in various cellular processes.

Indications:

Inositol may assist with:

  • Hair growth.
  • Diabetic Neuropathy.
  • Sleep disorders.
  • Anxiety.
  • Improved nerve function.
  • Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
  • Improved vision.
  • Depression.

Recommended Use

Take 1 capsule every 12 hours for 5 days and maintain as follows:
  • Hair growth – 1 capsule every 12 hours.
  • Diabetic Neuropathy – 1 capsule every 12 hours.
  • Sleep disorder – 2 capsules at night.
  • Anxiety – 2 capsules in the morning.
  • Improved nerve function – 3 capsules at night.
  • Polycystic ovary syndrome – 3 capsules at night.
  • Improved vision – 3 capsules at night.
  • Depression – 2-4 capsules every 8 hours.
