Ovastim is an evidence-based formulation. Studies show that inositol improves the way the body uses insulin and promotes normal hormone levels, regular menstrual cycles, and normal ovulatory function. Each dose contains 2000mg of myo-inositol and 50g of D-chiro-inositol, in the body’s natural ratio of 40 to 1.

      Recommended Use

      Powder:

      Take 2g (1 scoop) twice daily. Stir the powder into water or another beverage until dissolved and drink.

      Capsules:

      Take 3 capsules twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
