Green tea catechins have been reported to have various health benefits in humans. EGCG is quantitatively the most important catechin polyphenol found in green tea and is considered the main active ingredient.

Studies show that supplementation with green tea extract effectively prevented diet-induced obesity, decreased dose-dependently postprandial glucose levels and stimulated insulin secretion. 

Recommended Use

Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
