GHK-Cu Peptide 1% Face Serum [S0]
GHK-Cu Peptide 1% Face Serum [S0]
GHK-Cu Peptide 1% and Hyaluronic Acid 1% Face Serum
Benefits:- Stimulates Collagen Production: GHK-Cu has been shown to stimulate collagen production in the skin. Collagen is a protein that provides structure and elasticity to the skin. By promoting collagen synthesis, GHK-Cu can help improve the skin's firmness and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) can stimulate collagen synthesis in the skin. Collagen is a protein that provides structural support to the skin. By promoting collagen production, HA can contribute to skin elasticity and firmness.
- Promotes Skin Healing: Copper peptides are known for their wound-healing properties. They can help the skin heal more efficiently, making it beneficial for individuals with scars, sun-damaged skin, or uneven skin tone. HA supports the skin’s natural healing process. It can help in repairing and healing the skin, making it beneficial for individuals with sensitive or irritated skin.
- Antioxidant Properties: GHK-Cu exhibits antioxidant properties, which means it can help protect the skin from free radical damage. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage skin cells and accelerate the aging process. Antioxidants neutralize these free radicals, promoting healthier, more youthful-looking skin.
- Skin Renewal: GHK-Cu may assist in skin renewal by encouraging the shedding of old, damaged skin cells and promoting the growth of new, healthy cells. This process can result in smoother and more radiant skin.
- Reduces Inflammation: Copper peptides have anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe irritated skin. This makes them beneficial for individuals with sensitive or reactive skin conditions.
- Improves Skin Texture: Regular use of GHK-Cu peptide serum can lead to improved skin texture, making the skin feel softer and more supple. Regular use of hyaluronic acid can improve the texture of the skin, making it smoother and softer. It creates a protective barrier on the skin, which helps in retaining moisture and preventing environmental pollutants from damaging the skin.
- Enhances Skin Elasticity: By stimulating collagen and elastin production, GHK-Cu can enhance the skin's elasticity, making it appear more youthful and resilient.
- Anti-Aging: By keeping the skin hydrated and plump, hyaluronic acid can help reduce the signs of aging. Fine lines and wrinkles are often more noticeable on dry skin, so by maintaining skin moisture, HA can make these signs less prominent.
- Deep Hydration: Hyaluronic acid is a powerful humectant, meaning it attracts and retains moisture. When applied to the skin, it can hold water molecules, providing intense hydration to the skin. This can help in making the skin plump and supple, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by dehydration.
- Enhances skins natural defence: HA helps in maintaining the skin's protective barrier. A healthy skin barrier is essential for protecting against environmental aggressors and preventing moisture loss.
- Reduces skin discomfort: For individuals with dry or irritated skin conditions like eczema, hyaluronic acid can provide relief by hydrating the skin and reducing discomfort.

How to use the GHK-Cu Facial Peptide:
- Cleanse Your Skin: Start with a clean face. Use a mild cleanser to remove dirt, oil and make-up. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
- Tone (Optional): Apply toner if it's a part of your skincare routine. Toner helps balance your skin's pH levels and prepares it for the next steps.
- Apply the GHK-Cu Serum (Twice a day): Take a small amount of the GHK-Cu serum, usually a few drops, onto your fingertips. Gently apply the serum to your face and neck. Avoid getting it into your eyes. Pat the serum into your skin rather than rubbing it vigorously.
- Wait for Absorption: Let the serum absorb into the skin. This might take a few minutes. During this time, you can proceed with other parts of your skincare routine like applying eye cream.
- Follow with Moisturizer: Depending on your skin type and the serum's consistency, you might want to follow up with a moisturizer. This can help seal in the serum and provide additional hydration to your skin.
- Sunscreen in the Morning: After applying the serum in the morning, always follow it up with a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF30. GHK-Cu or any other active ingredients can make your skin more sensitive to the sun.
- Consistency is Key: Consistency is important in skincare. Use the GHK-Cu serum regularly as directed. Results may not be immediate and can take several weeks to show noticeable improvements in the skin's texture and appearance.

Here is a list of products and ingredients you might want to avoid or use cautiously while using GHK-Cu Peptide Serum:
- Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): Vitamin C is acidic and might destabilize copper peptides, reducing their effectiveness. Some people use Vitamin C and copper peptides separately, at different times of the day, to avoid interactions.
- Benzol Peroxide: This ingredient is often found in acne treatments. It might oxidize copper peptides, rendering them less effective.
- AHAs and BHAs: Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) are exfoliating acids. While some people use them in conjunction with copper peptides, it's best to introduce them slowly to see how your skin reacts.
- Retinoids (Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin): Copper peptides and retinoids both promote collagen production. Some individuals use them in the same routine, but it can be harsh on the skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. If you decide to use them together, consider applying them at different times of the day or on alternate days.
- Strong Antioxidants: Certain strong antioxidants like idebenone might not work well in combination with GHK-Cu. Again, this can vary from person to person, so it's best to monitor how your skin responds.
- Niacinamide: Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is generally compatible with copper peptides. However, some sources suggest avoiding very high concentrations of niacinamide in combination with copper peptides. It's best to start with lower concentrations and observe how your skin reacts.
- Harsh Scrubs: Avoid abrasive physical exfoliants, especially on the days you use GHK-Cu peptide serum. These can irritate the skin, which might be more sensitive due to the active ingredients in the serum.
- Alcohol-based products: Products containing high amounts of alcohol can be drying and irritating, which might not be suitable for use with GHK-Cu peptide serum, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin.
